Data processed on this website

  • Server log files: IP address, time stamp, requested URL, referrer and browser data are automatically processed by our hosting provider and stored for up to 30 days for security reasons.
  • Forms and enquiries: When you use the contact form, TW Network request form or download requests, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, email, phone, topic) exclusively to reply to your enquiry.
  • Cookies: The current website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing or consent management.

Analytics and third-party services

The current website does not use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking or a cookie consent platform. If third-party content is embedded in the future, this notice will be updated before rollout.

Recipients & retention

We only share personal data with service providers who support us in hosting, communication or logistics and who have been contractually bound to GDPR-compliant processing. Personal data is deleted as soon as the respective purpose has been fulfilled and no statutory retention duties apply.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, to access such data, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict processing, to object to certain processing activities and to receive your data in a machine-readable format (data portability). Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW).
